Steven L. Hostetler

STEVEN L. HOSTETLER

Steven L. Hostetler graduated magna cum laude from Olivet Nazarene University in 1980, and the Indiana University Law School at Bloomington, cum laude, in 1983. He has developed an extensive practice representing businesses and financial institutions. He also practices in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors rights, commercial litigation, real estate, and general corporate law. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the St. Joseph County Bar Association. He served as Chairman of the Grievance Committee of the St. Joseph County Bar Association from 1988 through 1993. He has lectured frequently on matters, involving real estate, creditors' rights, bankruptcy, and collections, including at seminars conducted by the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum. He has also authored numerous articles and commentaries, including those appearing in res gestae, the official publication of the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indiana Business Journal. Mr. Hostetler has been honored by being listed in every edition of The Best Lawyers in America since 1993. He has also been listed among Indiana Super Lawyers. He is a member, and past president, of the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army of St. Joseph County.
