J. RICHARD RANSEL

Dick Ransel was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1974.  He is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio and the University of Notre Dame Law School.  He practices principally in the areas of creditors rights, bankruptcy, and the representation of financial institutions.  From 1980 to 1983, he was an adjunct professor at the University of Notre Dame Law School, teaching creditors rights adn bankruptcy.  He serves as a member of the panel of private trustess for the United States Bankruptcy Court in South Bend.  He has recently been chosen to speak at two national seminars sponsored by the Bureau of National Affairs on bankruptcy law.  Mr. Ransel has been honored by being listed in every edition of The Best Lawyers in America since 1993.
