Glenn L. Duncan

Glenn L. Duncan was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1975.  He graduated from Indiana University Law School cum laude in 1975.  Mr. Duncan's areas of practice include corporate law, labor law, estate planning, probate administration, and commercial litigation.  He is a member of Section.  He is also a member of the American Bar Association.  Mr. Duncan serves as the Bristol Town Attorney and Osolo Township Attorney, as well as being an elected member and president of the Board of Trustees of the Elkhart Community School Corporation, a member of the Elkhart City/County Plan Commission, and a member and past president of the Elkhart County Estate Planning Council.
