Charles H. "Chuck" Grodnik was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1970. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Minnesota. His law practice primarily involves representing small businesses in their corporate, collection, real estate and zoning matters. Mr. Grodnik who is a registered civil mediator, devotes a great deal of his practice to mediation and arbitration. Mr. grodnik is very active in the community and is presently secretary of the Elkhart Rotary Club and vice chairman of the Board of the Wellfield Botanic Gardens in Elkhart. Mr. Grodnik was elected as judge of the Elkhart City Court in 1992 and continues to serve in that capacity. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and past president of the Elkhart City Bar Association.
